Message	Factory boost solenoids allow the ECU to force the wastegates to see the actual pressure, rather than the stock boost jet pressure. This will make stock wastegates open at 6-7psi rather than ~9psi in an attempt to help prevent detonation. It's up to you whether you want to take them off. Mine are off and my impression is that most people remove them. One less vacuum leak, etc, to deal with IMO.
